The quality coating allows easy cleaning of the pot, simply wipe with a cloth or rinse — saving up to 15% of water and detergents. Before first use, wash the pot with hot water and mild dish soap. Wipe and lightly oil. Before adding fats or food to the pot, preheat the pot for 2 minutes. Do not cut food in the pot with a knife and do not use sharp metal utensils.
