1. Seller
The seller of the Bodes.lv online store is SIA SOLLER.LV, registration No. 40103719642, VAT registration No. LV40103719642, registered address: Dzelzavas iela 88–6, Riga, LV-1082, Latvia.
2. Distance Contract
By placing an order on Bodes.lv, the buyer enters into a distance contract with the seller. The contract is considered concluded when the order has been received and an order confirmation has been sent to the buyer.
3. Products and Prices
Product prices are stated in euros and include the applicable value added tax (VAT). The total order amount, delivery charge and selected payment method are displayed before the order is confirmed.
4. Payment and Delivery
The buyer selects one of the payment and delivery methods available during checkout. Order processing begins after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an unambiguous statement before the expiry of the withdrawal period to info@soller.lv or to the seller’s postal address.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the exceptional cases specified by applicable law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
6. Refunds
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the seller will refund the payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the seller is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from the buyer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the buyer provides proof that the goods have been returned.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any questions or complaints, we encourage the buyer to contact the seller first. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia or use other dispute resolution procedures available under Latvian law.
