Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to notify the seller of withdrawal from the distance contract within 14 days from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason.
Return Procedure
To return a product, please send a clear withdrawal notice to info@soller.lv, stating the order number, buyer’s name, the product concerned and an unambiguous decision to withdraw from the purchase.

The buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Where possible, the goods should be returned complete with all accessories and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except where an incorrect or non-conforming product has been delivered or where the seller has agreed to cover the return costs.
Refunds
Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the seller is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until proof of return has been provided.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only in the cases provided for by Latvian law.
