About the BODES.LV Online Store

1.1. Prices

All product prices in the online store are stated in euros and include value added tax (VAT 21%). Delivery costs are not included in the product price.

1.2. Languages

Customers can place orders and conclude distance contracts on Bodes.lv in Latvian or English.

1.3. Placing an Order

You can purchase any product available in the Bodes.lv online store.

1. Select a product and add it to the shopping cart.
2. Open the cart and review the selected products and quantities.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Enter the required contact, billing and delivery information.
5. Select an available delivery method.
6. Select an available payment method.
7. Review the products, quantities, prices, VAT, delivery costs and total order amount.
8. If necessary, add an order note.
9. Click Place Order.

After the order has been placed, a confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

1.4. Customer Account

A customer account can be used to view account information and available order history. Where checkout allows it, an order may also be placed without signing in to an existing account.

1.5. Storage of Concluded Contracts

The seller does not separately store concluded contracts for goods purchased through the online store beyond the records required for order processing, accounting and applicable legal obligations.
