Thanks to a aluminum layer up to 9 mm thick, the pot heats up faster and retains heat longer: • shorter cooking time, • more vitamins and nutrients preserved, • in the pot you can both fry, braise and boil, • energy savings. The quality coating allows easy cleaning of the pot, simply wipe with a cloth or rinse – saving up to 15% of water and detergents. Before first use, rinse the pot with hot water and mild dish soap. Wipe and lightly oil. Before adding fats or food to the pot, heat the pot for 2 minutes. Do not cut food in the pot with a knife and do not use sharp metal utensils.
