Cream Preparation Mix 110g

Description

Sufficient for 12 cupcakes or a 26/28 cm cake. Mix 150 ml of milk and 200 g of whipped sweet cream with the cream powder using a mixer on low speed, then whip for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cake decorations. Ingredients: for the cream powder: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, modified starch, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, milk proteins, gelatin (bovine), maltodextrin, thickener: carrageenan, flavoring (contains milk), natural flavor, coloring: sulfite caramel; for the cake decorations (27%): sugar, wheat starch, fully hydrogenated sunflower oil, coloring concentrates (blueberry, carrot, lemon, radish, safflower, spirulina, sweet potato, beet), glucose syrup, coconut oil, coloring agents: paprika extract, curcumin. May contain egg, soy and wheat traces.
