Description

100% inulin, extracted from root and gum fructose extract. A prebiotic dietary plant fiber that provides a sensation of fat presence in the mouth, accordingly widely used in fat-free recipes (e.g., in ice creams and diet cakes). Used as a carbohydrate source for diabetes, as an additional satiety agent for weight loss. Also used as a leavening agent.
Dose: 50-200 g/kg. Hydrate by stirring into water at 70°C and mix vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. Add to the hot mixture, then cool for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator. After 12 hours of cooling, it may be frozen.
