Description
Rice paper is a translucent white, thin round sheet mainly made from rice flour. It is traditionally used for popular Asian cuisine snacks – for making spring rolls by wrapping chosen ingredients into the rice paper. Preparation recommendation: 1. Place the rice paper in hot water until it becomes soft and easily bendable (approx. 10–15 sec). 2. Remove the rice paper from the water and place it on a dry board. 3. Put the filling in the middle of the rice paper. 4. Fold over the bottom edge and the side edges. 5. Roll up to form a neat roll. Filling suggestion (for 12 rolls): mix 30 g cooked rice noodles with 10 chopped iceberg lettuce leaves, 2 packets cooked shrimp, 2 sliced avocados, a handful of chopped mint and coriander. Use Blue Dragon Hoi Sin sauce as a dip. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening store in the refrigerator in a closed container and use within a month. The package contains approximately 15–17 rice paper sheets. Ingredients: rice flour (67%), tapioca flour, water, salt. May contain NUT and PEANUT particles.
