VITAL STARTER KIT UNIVERSAL GRATER, BLACK, Börner

Description

With Börner Vital universal vegetable slicer you can slice products into four different thicknesses. From crystal-thin slices for flavorful tomato carpaccio to thick slices for a hearty vegetable bake – Vital lets you realize any recipe. The Vital vegetable slicer feature is an innovative drum mechanism that allows slicing vegetables while simultaneously coating them with the sauce intended for salads, placed in a special compartment. This way you can prepare salads even faster! The top blade also serves as a safety measure, protecting both hands and the blades during storage. With the included blades you can cut thin strips as well as small cubes. Set the thickness to 3.5 mm and start working. For julienne straw, use the 7 mm blade. Includes a safety guard and product holder that protects hands from the sharp blades during slicing. The manufacturer strongly recommends using it with every cut. Additional handle development provides even easier control thanks to the rubber coating.
