Description

Thanks to an aluminum layer up to 9 mm thick, the pan heats up faster and retains heat longer: • shorter cooking time, • more vitamins and nutrients preserved, • less meat shrinkage while frying, • brown, crispy crust and juicy, not dried-out inside for any products, • energy savings. The quality coating allows easy cleaning of the pan, simply wipe with a cloth or rinse – saving up to 15% of water and detergents. Germany’s largest chefs association VKD has recognized AMT pans as “the best pans in the world”. Before first use, wash the pan with hot water and mild dish detergent. Wipe dry and lightly oil. Before placing fats or food on the pan, preheat the pan for 2 minutes. Then, thanks to the pan’s thermal conductivity, you can immediately reduce the heat.
