A plant oil blend for frying. This oil is ideal for use in fryers, the recommended temperature is +175-180°C. Before use the oil should be warm. Ingredients: refined rapeseed oil (80%), twice-fractionated super palmolein IV63 (20%), anti-foaming agent: E900. Nutritional value per 100 ml: Energy 3404 kJ / 828 kcal; Fat 92 g, of which saturates 13 g; Carbohydrates 0 g, of which sugars 0 g; Protein 0 g; Salt 0 g.
