How do I know whether my order has been received?
After an order is placed, a confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
How long does delivery take?
Order preparation and delivery usually take 5–15 business days after payment has been received. Some products and deliveries outside Latvia may take longer.
Can I collect my order in Riga?
Yes. Orders can be collected free of charge from Pulkveža Brieža iela 43-4 after you have received confirmation that the order is ready.
